Players wanted for successful Football Club in South London
Westminster Wanderers are an established and successful Sunday League Football Club playing in and around Wandsworth and Merton. We are looking for new players for the 2017-18 season.
We were born out of the Conservative Central Office side of the 1990s but now have Labour, Liberal and Tory staffers on the side as well as parliamentary researchers, civil servants and PR and PA professionals.
We welcome new players and the growth of the club in a few years is because we are well organised and attract and retain good players.
We play in the Southern Sunday Football League. Our three league teams play to a high standard, train regularly and our home ground is on Tooting Common. We play friendly fixtures and train throughout the year in Battersea Park.
If you are a committed player who wants to be part of a successful club then please contact the Club Chairman Alex Aiken at email@example.com.
The club will be running training sessions during July and August on Tuesday and Thursday nights and plays 8aside on Monday evenings. New players are welcome to come to any of these sessions.

In 2017, the proportion of UK adults consuming news online exceeded those who watched news on TV (74% versus 69%). This note considers how people access news online, how algorithms (sequences of instructions) and social networks influence the content that users see, and options for mitigating any negative impact.
