Parliament and the Constitution Alerting Service (PCAS) (formerly known as the Parliamentary Current Awareness Service) is a summary of news in the fields of Parliament and the Constitution. It includes materials from Hansard, the Vote Bundle, press notices, and selected news websites. Published daily by 10.30am when the House is sitting and from time to time during recesses.
