Not only can you watch live proceedings in the House of Commons and the
House of Lords, you can also watch Westminster Hall debates and various
Select Committees.
Although parliamentlive.tv works best with broadband, it is still viewable by an ordinary dial-up connection, but you may find that, at busy times (such as the Queen's Speech), there may be breaks in transmission.
