New Members' Centre
Update

Updated 22 July 2008

The Members' Centre is a cross-departmental service point for Members and their staff. It was launched in July 2008 on the ground floor of Portcullis House (in the former e-Library).

This new facility is intended to make the work of Members and their staff easier by bringing together in one location access to a wide range of the services provided by the House. Staff of the Centre aim to help Members and their staff with any issue or inquiry that they may have, and either resolve it themselves or direct them to someone who can. The Director General of Facilities, John Borley, has moved his desk to the Centre, to be readily available to Members.

The Members’ Centre is only one way in which the Management Board is seeking to improve service to Members and their staff. Feedback from users will be crucial in establishing how we can further improve both the Centre and our wider service. Please leave any comments or suggestions with our front line staff: Maria Hook, Claire Cozens and Robert Truelove, in the Centre.

Opening hours are:

  • Sitting weeks
    Monday 10am - 8pm
    Tuesday 9am - 8pm
    Wednesday 9am - 7pm
    Thursday 9am - 6pm
    Friday 9am - 4pm
  • Recess weeks
    Monday-Friday 10am - 4pm
