PCD Service Catalogue Added: 24 November 2005 A
Service Catalogue has been produced by the Parliamentary Communications
Directorate (PCD) which defines the services it provides to Members of the
House of Commons. The
Service Catalogue concept is a core component within the internationally
recognised Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standard
of service management and support. It is being adopted by PCD alongside
other Service Level Management improvements, including performance
measurement. One of PCD’s aims is to clarify
function and performance for the benefit of both PCD and its customers. This catalogue is now published on the intranet (Serjeant at Arms Intranet Site > Computers > Service Catalogue) as well as in hardcopy format. The electronic version will be updated more regularly than the hardcopy version; therefore we recommend that you check for the latest updates on the intranet. For
