The Director of Operations will manage all aspects of internal operations, take lead responsibility for User Voice’s Business Plan, ensure that realistic budgets are drawn up and adhered to, identify funding opportunities and ensure effective external and internal communications. He or she will also line manage the Head of Programmes. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of managing a complex range of internal operations and a strong commitment to the values of User Voice.
