The Head of Programmes will manage User Voice’s project managers and ensure the effective delivery of the organisation’s projects and programmes. The successful candidate will have experience of managing projects and programmes to a high standard, experience of managing people to ensure effective delivery and a strong commitment to the values of User Voice.
