details If you have experience of managing projects and initiating, planning and implementing campaigns then this could be a fantastic opportunity for the right person. We’re looking for a vibrant and confident individual to maintain the Ambassador Campaigning Programme including recruitment, training and managing events and communications and will also work with the wider mass campaigner base through online and offline communication. Working with the rest of the Policy and Public Affairs team this role will ensure that Cancer Research UK maximises its influence with policy-makers by involving researchers, donors, patients and the wider public in its lobbying at a local and national level. This really is a role to make a difference!

About you

With strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience of writing for the general public you will have the ability to develop new and existing collaborative relationships both internally and externally. The successful candidate will have a knowledge and understanding of the role of the voluntary sector, Government and parliamentary processes and express an interest in health issues.
