details	To provide IT desktop support to 100 users in a London based office To assist the IT support team in all areas To gain experience in a busy, high-tech office Must have knowledge of Office 2007 and know how (especially Outlook 2007) Will be building PCs and installing Windows XP and Vista Must have know how of Network or shared printers and files Must have basic Network knowledge like LAN and how it works Basic troubleshooting skills needed
