Your Union
If you aren’t already a member of the union that represents the staff of MPs, the Unite Parliamentary Staff Branch, I hope you will join today.
The new unite membership form is here (PDF 658 KB). It can be sent either to our Membership Officer John Stormont co/ Office of Andrew Gwynne MP stormontj@parliament.uk or to the following freepost address: UNITE THE UNION, FREEPOST ND1233, LONDON N42BR.
The branch provides individual advice to members and runs campaigns to improve pay and working conditions, health and safety and facilities to assist us in providing a public service. In addition, the branch also hosts social events and monthly meetings.
If you would like to talk to a member of the Executive Committee about any aspect of the work of the branch, please email me and we can arrange a telephone call or if you are based in Parliament, a chat over a coffee.
If you are a member of another Unite branch (or another union), please let us know and we will amend our records.
