UPDATE 10 July 2008 - W4MP is informed by the Commons Resources Department as follows:Members' staff training
The contract for Members staff training has been awarded to Capita Learning and Development. As they are new holders of the contract, a full programme of courses will need to be developed in conjunction with the House over the next few months, but an initial programme of courses should be available shortly and will be advertised on the W4MP website.
As part of the contract, Capita L & D will also be developing an online training portal to enable you to undertake e-learning as well as traditional classroom based learning. Further details will be available later this year.
It is likely that the list of courses below, which were formerly provided by WWP, will change; but, until the new list is announced, we (W4MP) will leave this outline information in place. Watch this space.
Courses cannot be booked through the w4mp site.
Contact details for other training providers are included in the course details. Please note that while the training provided through the Department of Finance and Administration is free, there may be a charge for training provided by other companies.
