Security alerts at Westminster

On Tuesday 17 May 2005 the Serjeant at Arms and Black Rod posted important information on the Parliamentary Intranet about the four colour coded alert states which apply at Westminster. It is vital that you are fully aware of this information which you will find on the home page of the Intranet. Look at it now!
For those of you who have recently started working in constituency offices and concerned about security issues there, you should make an early appointment to see your local Police and seek their advice on the measures you need to take to make your offices as safe as reasonably possible.
