The Members’ Handbook is a useful guide to the facilities offered to Members by various parts of the House Service, both on the Parliamentary Estate and in the constituencies.  It also outlines the responsibilities of a Member of Parliament.

It is hosted on the old Parliamentary Intranet but is not yet available on Parlinet. However the information contained is accessible through ParliNet.

Although aimed at Members of Parliament, w4mp recommends that staff also familiarise themselves with the contents of the Handbook:
